(1) 600 heat treatment, 24 hours cooling in the oven, 8 meters gantry milling, accurate CO2 protection welding, to make sure 20 years usage without deformation.
(2) Use the collimator to install and adjust guide rail, precision: ≤0.01mm.
(3) Taiwan precise ball screw and linear guide rail, highest speed up to 60 meters/ minute and accelerated speed up to 0.5g.
(4) Japanese original imported servo system ensures the high precision of transmitting.
(5) German Alpha speed reducer to enhance the accelerated speed and torsion.
